• Information about the applicant (name, address, and nationality)
•  A list of products and services
• Images of the trademark in.jpeg 
• The filing fee being paid.
• Conditions for the Attorney Power of Attorney
• The Power of Attorney does not need to be notarized or legalised. It could be given out two months after the Italian trademark application is filed.

Renewal

Applications for renewal may be submitted as early as one year before the registration’s expiration date and as late as six months following that date. The POA must be signed.
