Renewal

In Slovakia, a trademark is registered for ten years following the date of application submission and is renewable indefinitely for an additional ten years. One year prior to the registration expiration date, at the latest, the request for renewal may be submitted. Within six months of the renewal deadline, the trademark may be renewed. The POA is necessary.
