• Attorney Power of Attorney.

The Priority Document is typically not needed to be submitted, but the Patent and Trademark Office may ask for it.

The Power of Attorney must be submitted to the Patent and Trademark Office either in original form or as a certified copy. It ought to be supplied with an application.

Trademark Renewal

The application costs and grant fee must be paid in tandem. In Austria, a trademark is valid for ten years following the date of filing. In Austria, trademark registrations can be extended for a maximum of 10 years, given that the request is made within a year of the registration’s expiration date. If a surcharge is paid, an application for renewal may be submitted within the six-month grace period following the expiration date.
